
History
The Sorgente Santa Croce Spa performs in the mineral water winning- and bottling industry since 1975. Although being an excellent product, up to the middle of the 1990's, Santa Croce water was distributed in the sole regions of Latium and abruzzi. * v.nota. When in 1995 Important investments were being made in the production, the development of the installations and in the creation of the new formats asked for by the market. The sales sprang up from 16 million pieces in 1995 to 150 million pieces in 2003 thanks to the coverage of the whole national territory The year 2006 closed with an increase of 20% in sales volume and 27% in value. (see graph) The company is member of Mineracqua, the Italian federation of the mineral/springwater- and non-alcoholic beverage industry and, in 2004, has obtained the Vision 2000 certification that attests a quality-oriented enterprise, both for the production as well as for the management.
Mission
In order to satisfy the ever-demanding quality-oriented customer, already since 1999 Aqcua Santa Croce has aimed at a comparative publicity in order to emphasize the particular characteristics of its water: less sodium, a well-balanced TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) and very few nitrates, so winning the comparison with most well-known other brands. Thus demonstrating the company's wish not only to place the Santa Croce trademark among the leaders on the marketplace, but also to express, with the slogan "Read what's written on the label", the transparency, the reliability and the quality of its product. As a matter of fact, one of the main targets has always been to encourage the consumer to be aware of what he is buying, inviting him to read the label carefully and to compare Santa Croce water with other brands.
