Acqua Santa Croce has low sodium contents (only 0,95mg/l), a well-balanced TDS (173,3mg/l) and a low content of nitrates (1,2mg/l) which indicates the purity.These values emphasize the uniqueness of the purity of Acqua Santa Croce because of the very low nitrates' level (typical of mountainwater); it's very light because it contains little sodium, but at the same time possesses a well-balanced quantity of Total Dissolved Solids specific for oligo-mineral water.

A reduced nitrate content ( only 1mg/l) attests to the purity of Santa Croce, which springs a 800 meters above sea level in the heart of a natural park in the Apennines of the Region of Abruzzo. Numerous and precise daily inspections guarantee its quality.
